What profound words uttered by Socrates and Aristotle. Wisdom is an essential part of good leadership, but so seldom do we find a leader who exemplifies it. The beginning of wisdom, is a deep understanding of who you are. It is the seed from which all else grows. Do yourself a favor, schedule a two day Discovery session with us. 	Preparation	Discovery starts before you arrive. Prior to your session, you will be asked to complete the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) developed by James Kouzes and Barry Posner. This is a 360 degree assessment that will get input from you as well as from your team, your peers and those you serve.
	Day 1	Your first day will be spent exploring your past successes, failures and tendencies. We will chart out your life experiences as they relate to your ability to lead. This will be a time of reflection and growth as we discover your heart for leadership.
	Day 2	The second day of your leadership journey will be to develop specific goals as they relate to your life aspirations. Consideration will be given to developing a plan that will enable you to develop courage, credibily, commitment and wisdom.
