This class deepens the participant's understanding of their leadership
strengths and weaknesses. Delivered in an interactive setting that allows for reflection
on the leadership topics that will be taught, the individual will walk away from the class
with tools that can be applied immediately.
The course is designed for the experienced leader. Leaders would include anyone in a position
where they lead others within their organization and include Team Leads, Supervisors, Managers,
Directors, Executives, Business Owners and Project Managers.
